The music mogul, 63, cut a dapper figure in a dark grey suit as he placed a tender hand around 45-year-old Lauren’s waist, who looked regal in a burgundy gown.
She accessorised her look with a dazzling silver necklace and toted her essentials around in a clutch which coordinated with her outfit.

Three days earlier, the pair attended the opening night of the musical & Juliet on Thursday at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre in New York City.
The coming-of-age stage musical which features the music of Swedish pop mastermind Max Martin and a book by David West Read, which focuses on a ‘what if’ scenario in which Juliet survives at the end of Shakespeare’s Romeo And Juliet.
The couple famously met in 2004 and struck up an affair while Silverman was still married to one of Cowell’s good friends. They subsequently welcomed a child, Eric, and have been together ever since.

The television personality and record executive proposed to Lauren during a romantic holiday in Barbados last Christmas Eve by getting down on one knee in front of their eight-year-old son and Silverman’s son Adam, 16, from her first marriage to Andrew Silverman.
‘I think after everything all of us had gone through over the past two years, it has changed our lives in so many ways,’ he told ET in April.
‘Family is everything and that is what I kind of took away from it.’

The businessman made a public plea for pop star Britney, 40, to consider appearing on one of his shows now she is free of her conservatorship, describing the ‘talented’ star as having ‘lovely ideas about how to launch someone’s career’.
He told E! News: ‘We spent so long on the phone talking about X Factor before we did it.
‘There’s a side of Britney a lot of people don’t know. I mean, I was on the phone to her two or three hours every time. She was super smart, lovely ideas about how to launch someone else’s career, which is critical if you’re going to be a judge on one of these shows. So I had a fantastic relationship with her.’
He added: ‘If you’re watching Britney and we make a show, please come back and do it with me. It would be amazing. I adore her.

‘She really is interesting and she’s so talented.’
Her conservators had power over her financial and medical affairs, plus career decisions and major personal matters such as when she could see her teenage sons Sean, 17, and Jayden, 16.
Britney appeared on The X Factor during this time but is now free to make her own decision regarding her career.
