Nike Air Huarache “Nike Shoe Shop” DV0781-001

The Nike Air Huarache celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021, but it appears that it had unfinished business given the handfuls of colorways that’ve released in the last three months.

Recently, Tinker Hatfield’s scuba gear-inspired design emerged in a multi-color arrangement seemingly inspired by “do-it-yourself” customs. Nike Grind material across the outsoles suggest the mismatched color palette that lands throughout the top-half is rooted in making something out of leftover scraps, as shades of brown and grey are accompanied by vibrant orange and blue tones. Non-standard branding is embossed onto the sneaker’s lateral quarter panel, while sock-liners feature a thematic “Nike Shoe Shop” logo that’s set to land on other Nike Sportswear propositions. Underfoot, an off-white-colored midsole is coupled with a grey and multi-color tread that delivers a refreshing take on Hatfield’s 31-year-old creation.

No firm release details have been disclosed by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon. While you wait, enjoy official images of the pair ahead.

Elsewhere from the NIKE, Inc. family, more CdG PLAY Converse shoes are dropping on March 24th.
