Natasha Lyonne says she and Fred Armisen have broken up after eight-year relationship

Natasha Lyonne says she and Fred Armisen have broken up after eight-year relationship … but are ‘still talking all the time’

Natasha Lyonne has confirmed her split from actor Fred Armisen after eight years of dating.

The 43-year-old Russian Doll actress, speaking to The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, revealed that she and the Saturday Night Live alum, 55, had parted ways, saying that she was not primarily based out of Los Angeles any more.

‘I had been there living with Fred and during COVID,’ the New York City native, who plays Nadia Vulvokov on the Netflix show, told the publication. ‘I honestly think we broke up because I wanted a swimming pool.’

The latest: Natasha Lyonne, 43, has confirmed her split from actor Fred Armisen, 55, after eight years of dating. She was snapped earlier this month in LA at an event in promotion of her series Russian Doll

The Emmy-nominated actress continued: ‘We love each other just about as much as two people can love each other and we’re still talking all the time, but Freddy doesn’t like a swimming pool.

‘It might seem like a mundane reason for a breakup, but during that pandemic, you’ve got to get your laps – I’m like Burt Lancaster in The Swimmer. So, I got myself a house with a pool out in Los Angeles. So that’s the real scandal. I guess I finally am an actual bicoastal.’

Lyonne, who played Nicky Nichols on Orange Is the New Black, was first seen with Armisen at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles at a Netflix bash following the Emmys in 2014.

Lyonne and the Big Mouth personality ‘shared kisses and were very cozy together’ at the event, an insider told People.
