Mark Hoppus says he’s looking forward to getting back into his old routine.
The Blink-182 bassist, who recently announced he was cancer-free, was spotted with his wife, Skye Everly, and friends while walking out of a restaurant in West Hollywood on Saturday night.
During a brief interview with a TMZ photographer, Hoppus seemed optimistic about his future plans with making music.

“Life’s great, I’m glad to be here,” he said. “I’m just getting back out into it.”
“I most wanted to get back out into the studio and get back to playing music, and get off of my couch,” he added, noting his band will “hopefully” release some new music soon.
The photographer then asked what Hoppus, 50, thinks of his bandmate Travis Barker‘s new fiancée, Kourtney Kardashian.
“Do you think Kourtney is the one for Travis?” the photographer asked, to which the ‘All The Small Things’ rocker replied, “Yes, I do.”

Hoppus announced he was cancer-free in September last year while thanking his family and friends for their support.
“Just saw my oncologist and I’m cancer free!! Thank you God and universe and friends and family and everyone who sent support and kindness and love,” he wrote in a note.
“Still have to get scanned every six months and it’ll take me until the end of the year to get back to normal but today is an amazing day and I feel so blessed.”
Hoppus first announced his cancer diagnosis on June 23, saying “it sucks and I’m scared” but noted he felt hopeful and expects to be back on tour when he’s cancer-free.
“For the past three months I’ve been undergoing chemotherapy for cancer,” he tweeted last month. “I have cancer. It sucks and I’m scared, and at the same time I’m blessed with incredible doctors and family and friends to get me through this. I still have months of treatment ahead of me but I’m trying to remain hopeful and positive.”
