Julia Fox is clapping back at rumors she takes the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss.
On a recent episode of her video podcast Forbidden Fruits, the Uncut Gems star, 33 – who posted the $450,000 for her brother’s recent arrest – addressed the rumors with her co-host Niki Takesh.
‘All these people are coming for me saying that I take the weight loss things… people are saying that I’m taking Ozempic or whatever it’s called,’ Fox said. ‘I’m not and I’ve never have… I would never do that. There are diabetics that need it.’
Takesh chimed in, adding, ‘It’s a diabetes medication and there’s people that actually need it.’
There’s a shortage of the drug due to the people using it for weight loss rather than what it was intended for.
Fox said she lost 15lbs while dating Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West.

The model also addressed a recent apartment tour she gave that went viral.
In a January TikTok video, Fox captioned the video ‘Come with me on a very underwhelming apartment tour! Also to clarify I have ONE mouse and he’s cute.’
‘OK, I never thought in a million years that I would do this, but I do believe in maximum transparency,’ she said. ‘And so, I’m going to give you guys an apartment tour.’
‘And I know I’m going to get roasted and whatever, but hopefully someone can watch this and say, ‘Well, maybe I’m not doing so bad,” she said.
On her podcast, she addressed the reactions to the apartment tour.
‘I feel like a lot of people outed themselves for never having been to New York when the outrage about the mouse happened, because it’s like, everybody has mice here!’ Fox explained.
‘It’s when you have rats that you need to regulate. That’s a very important distinction.’
‘When I was little, I used to have so much fun catching them and releasing them,’ Fox added ‘But now, it’s like, I’m tired and, like, do I wanna go catch a mouse after a 16-hour day? No, I’m just gonna convince myself that the mouse is a pet.’

Last week, the No Sudden Move actress was spotted out for the first time since her brother Christopher, 30, was arrested on drug and weapon charges in Manhattan earlier this month.
Police say they recovered untraceable ‘ghost guns’ during the raid early on March 8, along with supplies to make bombs and evidence of narcotics manufacturing.
At her brother’s arraignment, prosecutors said police recovered 3D-printed gun silencers, high capacity ammunition magazines and an unauthorized pistol and ammunition, along with numerous 3D-printed parts of machine guns he appeared to be manufacturing.
There was also a large amount of cash in the apartment, along with a pill press, fentanyl, pressure cookers, chloroform, heroin, propane, explosives materials and formaldehyde.
Fox posted the $450,000 bail for her sibling.
In her TikTok video the star branded her brother ‘sweet and kind’ but stated he ‘internalized his rage.’
She said: ‘I know my brother and I’ve always known him to be like — I’m not kidding, you guys — the sweetest, most gentle, kind, soft-spoken, loves animals, loves to plant flowers, has a green thumb, loves nature but I will say that my brother and I have a lot of trauma and the difference is that I’m scrappy, I’m a fighter and I threw my aggression and was able to release that rage.
‘He is finally going to get the help that I’ve been trying to get him for so long.
‘I wish I could say more but I don’t want to damage his case or anything like that but I will say that I’m just embarrassed.’
