How to Watch ‘House of Gucci’ Starring Lady Gaga and Adam Driver

The time has almost arrived!! Lady Gaga’s absolutely wild Italian accent available next week for your viewing pleasure, and thank god for that. It has been a long pandemic (it still is, TBH) and we have all earned something like House of Gucci, i.e. something as delicious as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta looking Adam Driver dead in the face and saying, “It’s time to take out the trash.” So here’s the big question: How do we watch this? Because we need to inject it into our veins as quickly as possible. Here’s what we know:

Where can I see this work of art?

Okay, yeah. It looks like the only place you can see this movie, at least for now, is in the theater. The hard thing about that is a lot of people don’t necessarily feel comfortable going to a movie theater just yet, and that’s okay! You just might have to wait a little bit to see the movie. The memes will still be waiting for you when you do. Promise.

The movie is officially out on November 24, 2021, so you can buy tickets starting then.

When will House of Gucci be streaming?

That’s a really good question. It’s hard to say. The studio behind this movie is MGM, which, unlike other studios, isn’t tied to a particular streaming service. You know how Disney movies go directly to Disney+? MGM doesn’t have an equivalent. So it’s a little unclear where the movie will go, and when.

During the pandemic, most studios have been waiting 45 days to pull their movies from theaters and put them onto streaming services. So it’s a safe assumption that after 45 days you’ll be able to rent the movie from all the usual places. Mark your calendar for January 9, 2022!!
