You don’t watch football do you?
Running up and down the sidelines literally talking to team doctors about injuries. Being informed on it and being able to analyze the severity of it and relay it live to the public…on the spot.
Running after coaches, who have zero time, to get their thoughts before they enter the lockerroom for halftime.
Chancing down post game interviews with stars of the game as they’re dying to get out of there.
To do so eloquently and be ready with top notch questions. While staying calm…in inclement weather. Is an art form.
How else are they going to get this information without stopping the flow of the game? Lord knows the people they get them from aren’t the best public speakers and good at improvisation or…WANT TO.
