But the Met Gala 2022, for which the 34-year-old actor is a co-host alongside her husband Ryan Reynolds, naturally called for a little something extra. Lively hit the red carpet wearing a two-toned copper and turquoise ombré strapless gown with matching opera gloves by Versace inspired by the Statue of Liberty. But it wasn’t just the sweeping bustled train of her layered confection bringing the drama in the back.

To accompany her latest show-stopping fashion moment, Lively wore a delicate bejeweled crown atop her sought-after bright blonde mane, plaited at the crown by hair pro Jennifer Yepez to regal effect. Evoking a soft romance, her softly rippled waves fell down past the small of her back to elegant effect.
