We can’t tell you how excited we are about bringing one of dubstep’s most productive and original producers to Sweden. This Friday Synkro from Manchester will do his first ever show in Sweden. Synkro will do his Sweden debut in one of Gothenburg’s most legendary nightclubs, the Jazzclub known as Nefertiti. He has had releases on labels like Z-Audio, Smoking Sessions and Mindset and his tunes will make the old brick walls of Nefertiti tremble and all those cymbals on the walls will be an orchestra. Listen to these, preferably on a decent system.

Nefertiti usually houses house/techno club The Eye on Fridays, and residents Cazuma & Sankt Göran will be warming the crowd on the outside with their soulful vibes. Friday will also be this years opening of the main outdoor area at Nefertiti, and in celebration of that it’s free entrance before 00.30! One the inside, Amazing A, Leroy & TRPR will support Synkro.

This is what we’ve been up to since our last post.

Gugzilla and Losca have been on a trip around Europe and met up with a lot of crazy people. Like 40 people from the dutch Drum & Bass Arena team, Grime & Dub dj’s in Berlin, Ghettotech & Electro dj’s in Bordeaux and a lot more. You will see these people too in the future, because they rule.

We’ve recruited a new member. A crazy dubwarmachine that goes under the name of TRPR. Honestly, we haven’t seen anyone with this energy and passion for the Bassline Express music as this man has. Dubstep now rhymes best with TRPR in it. Massive.

Started our very own radioshow. The show is called Bassline FM and is featured by Leroy & TRPR on the Dubstepscene and Losca & Gugzilla on the Drum & Bass. The show is on every Tuesday from 20:00 to 22:00 (CET+2) and it’s aired on 103,1 FM (in the Gothenburg Area) and on the web on k103.se / (direct link). Of course you will be able to download the podcast of all the shows after it’s aired. Don’t miss out, it’s going to be the smash of the century.

The Bassline FM show has it’s premiere on the 7th of October.

But wait, there’s more! We’re rebuilding the whole bassline-express.com to a wordpress based blog instead of using Blogger. This will help us to find new creative ways to make everything easier for both you and us. It also allows us to podcast and as a bonus, make the blog more interesting than what we got today. We got BIG plans for 2008. A lot of stuff is going on and we just cant wait for this holiday to be over (sounds kind of crazy maybe, but its actually true) so we can get started. But our families says other so we need to celibrate these holidays.
